Yes, absolutely.  Why would anyone use a file for restrict_post that
couldn't be managed?  (Every few weeks somebody on majordomo-users
whines about this.  I just don't get it.  Noadvertise has been around
quite a while, and closed has been around from the beginning....  OK, 
OK, I'm being a smart-aleck know-it-all :-)

Actually, for every list I set up I create both listname-owner and 
listname-post.

For semi-moderated lists I actually use:

  restrict_post=listname-owner:listname-post

I just didn't mention listname-owner in the original message since
it's the same issue.  Normal lists, of course, get

  restrict_post=listname:listname-digest:listname-owner:listname-post

That's how I found that writeconfig 1.94 was line-length limited :-)
