You don't say what system you're running on, but this sounds like the
old broken csh problem. I.e. Perl relies on csh to do file globbing
(wildcard expansion) but on some Linux systems it's broken, so the
wildcards don't get expanded and the temp files don't get deleted. When
the process IDs wrap, Mj dies. One fix is to upgrade to at least 1.94.
Another is to replace your broken csh. I suppose it's also possible your
Perl isn't configured correctly.
