Anonymous posting

Is it possible to broadcast emails on a list while having the actual email
addresses of the senders stripped from the messages?

For instance, if we set up a list where the participants would like to
remain anonymous -- is there a way to automatically keep their email
addresses from being broadcast to the group at large?
