Hi there!

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about setting up a predetermined
list from the web (through a CGI script), with no human interaction.  I'm
having a little trouble figuring out how to set all the permissions for
files, and how to call and pass variables to a shell script from the CGI
program.  I am a novice at all this.  Can anyone help?
