I found the problem, and it was a typo. I had TMajordomo instead of
TMajordom as the trusted user in sendmail. The file permissions were right,
but the wrapper was trying to read/write everything as "bin".

Thanks, that teaches me to pay more attention to detail next time.
Everything works fine now.
