No need to patch, just use
O PrivacyOptions=whatever
where whatever is of course the set of options you want. Read the sendmail
Op guide for info on these.
This works with at least 8.7 and 8.8. Might with with older versions, but
you shouldn't be running those anyway. Oh, and it's somewhat rude to
disable VRFY as it has legitimate uses not related to spamming.
