I've also been seeing some list messages coming out as MIME type
text/richtext. It hasn't caused any problems yet for me either, but I'm
starting to get a touch nervous that someone's gonna manage to embed these
control sequences in their subject or From: address. I know that you're not
supposed to, but someone, somewhere, is just not going to resist the urge
to bold their subject line or something.
Does anyone have a lead on exactly which mailers are doing this? I'm
presuming that the HTML stuff is coming from Netscape Communicator, but I
haven't a clue where the richtext stuff's coming from...
