The answer to this question should be obvious if you have read the
Majordomo documentation and the help files majordomo processes.
The commands are:
subscribe listname [optional@email.address.here] # leave out the brackets
subscribe listname-digest [optional@email.address.here]
Of course, this works only if the listname-digest mailing list is
configured by the Majordomo administrator.
