Digest Bounces?

I recently started a digest list, but I am not receiving any bounces from
it.  I know some of that mail MUST be bouncing.  Heck, I even threw in a
few bogus addresses just to check.  So I figure one of my aliases must be
wrong.  Which alias determines where the bounces go?

Also, I still have received no responses to my previous question.  If I
remove the directory "list-digest.archive", my digests will no longer be
archived there, right?  But will it cause my digest to spew error
messages?  And will it stop the digests from being archived?  Or is there
a better way to do it?
