approve problem

Hi

 I have majordomo 1.94 on a Sparc 20, Solaris 2.5. I have a moderate list 
it bounce to the owner, but when I put the Approve: password and send it 
back, it returns with the following subject:

I had the same list in majordomo 1.93 and it works
