You don't provide relevent details (like the exact error message, the
exact address he's subscribed to the list as, what the configuration is
(e.g. 'restrict_post' is set to the list), what version of Mj you're
running, etc.) but I suspect that he's subscribed as a different address
than where his posts appear to originate from, perhaps because of a
Reply-To header.
