It sure does. A quick check will show the README file tells you how to run
these down. Unfortunately on my system that's EX_SOFTWARE, internal
software error, so you really need to do what README says and look for any
error output. Most of the EX_SOFTWARE exits seem to be accompanied by an
error message in the sendmail source code.
In crystal ball mode, I'll make a wild guess that it's a problem doing cwd
to the queue directory, and that you don't have sendmail installed setuid.
