Thanks for you help with the problem of Perl compatibility. I have fixed
it with the patch and installed majordomo again.
But now I've another problem. I added majordomo user to the trusted users
at sendmail.cf, and I added the next lines at the very end of /etc/aliases
majordomo: "|/<path_here>/wrapper majordomo"
owner-majordomo: myname
majordomo-owner: myname
(with the right values, of course), and I've run the newaliases command.
The majordomo works ok if you send commands from a local account, but it
doesn't work for external mail. The mailer daemon returns a message to the
sender saying that the user majordomo is unknown. The majordomo doesn't
return any error messaje to the owner-majordomo or majordomo-owner or
anything like that, simply the daemon doesn't recognize the owner. Maybe
this is another newbie problem, but any help will be really appreciated.
