I understand the confusion. What Minh is wondering is, if the poster
and the owner/moderator are the same person, why doesn't resend 
automatically approve the message?

The reason is that 'list-approval' is a sendmail alias. Majordomo 
itself has no knowledge of how this relates to a real person/address 
and so is unable to "know" that the address is the same as the 
poster's.

Perhaps if/when owner and moderator address information is embedded
within Majordomo 2.0, the linkage problem will be solved. However, 
this is no guarantee that the above process will be possible since you 
must then deal with the authentication problem (it would be trivial to
forge Minh's address, and therefore gain automatic approval of any 
message).
