Looks to me like you're trying to have sendmail deliver directly to a
file (/usr/local/majordomo/Archives/test). The uid/gid sendmail runs as
when delivering to that file apparently don't have write permissions
on the directory (/usr/local/majordomo/Archives). Use archive2.pl (via
wrapper) instead, then you don't have to worry about file locking
either.
