Question about BOUNCE and restrict_post

I've got a SunOS box with Majordomo 1.93 and I had a question about
BOUNCE messages. I'm using restrict_post with a list of valid users
to restrict mail sent to a large internal list. If someone not in the
list sends to it, the list owner gets a bounce. I'd like the user to
also get an automatic message saying they're not authorized. Is this
possible? Is there another way of doing this besides using restrict_post?
