'mkdigest' is a Majordomo command, so you won't find a separate script for it.

That's not the recommended way in 1.94 and later.

I run the following command from cron on Sunday mornings to create my digests:

        echo mkdigest mylist-digest mylist.pass | sendmail majordomo

You should be using 'mkdigest' to make your digests.
