You can configure what gets caught in $admin_body in majordomo.cf, and you
can configure how many lines to look for in resend. For example, in resend,
I changed
<       if ($body_line_count < 10
---
>       if ($body_line_count < 4
to have it scan only the first four lines for bad words.
