If you're seeing "Apparently-to:" header fields added to your messages,
that's probably because your Majordomo is sending the messages without
a "To:" header field.  In that case, MTAs like sendmail will add the
"Apparently-to:" field when they get the message (from Majordomo or
wherever; the same thing may be happening at some remote sites).

Are you approving the messages to the list?  Be sure you aren't deleting
any "To:" field.  Otherwise, look at the original incoming message and
be sure it has a "To:".
