No. Two reasons:
One: it is a violation of RFC822 to mess with originator headers.
Two: it will cause all responses -- including those from autoresponders and
vacation programs -- to go to the mailing list itself rather than to the
posters as they should. This will cause a multitude of loops which will
make your life a living Hell as you try to deal with them.
