I am in the same situation with the exception that I am trying to pre-approve
postings. The messages always bounce. I followed the majordomo
FAQ exactly using Majordomo 1.94.1 Does anyone have any hints on
pre-approving messages that aren't in the FAQ?

In my config :

admin_passwd	=	secretadmin
approve_passwd	=	approvesecret
moderate		=	yes
moderator		=
restrict_post	=

I send the message to thelist@server.com with
Approved: approvesecret

in the first two lines of the message, but it always bounces...
