Well, on the original message from me to the list, Netscape appears not
to have included content length header at all.

The problem seems to be on the BOUNCE response being generated by resend
and sendmail.  It is the content length header of the BOUNCE message
that is set to 0.  The content length header of the encapsulated message
appears to be correct.
