Subject: Problems posting to new 1.94.1 list

I recently upgraded to 1.94.1. I have a test list, called "test". I have 
successfully subscribed and unusubscribed, but when I try to post, I get 
the two messages below. Can anyone enlighten me as to what is going on?  I 
can send my alias if it will be of help. Thanks.
