'index' and 'get' look in "$filedir/listname$filedir_suffix", where
$filedir and $filedir_suffix are defined in your majordomo.cf file and
"listname" is the literal name of your list. Also note that upper-case
letters in mailing list names are problematic since many mail agents
smash case in addresses (i.e. e-mail addresses are case independent).
