Then I'm at a loss.  Delete the old distribution, or move it somewhere
else.  If you're worried about existing lists, make them point to a script
that does "exit 75;".

The only other thing that I can see as being the problem is the new scripts
pulling in the old libraries (majordomo.pl, etc.)  If $homedir is set
improperly, this might happen because the executables chdir into there
before requiring the libraries.
