Difficult to unzubscribe addesses

Hi all,
I am running a legacy list, from a remote site that I have 
no access to the config files, heres a couple of perhaps 
newbie questions:

1: How do I unzubscribe difficult address that appear in the "who" 
response such as :
Adam Hooper ajhooper@dircon.co.uk
=D4=18


etc..

2: Can I find the version of the remote majordomo server ?
