If you can settle for obscurity, you can change the name of the alias to
something cryptic and disable SMTP EXPN in your mailer configuration (if
possible).

If you want complete security (i.e. no outgoing alias at all), there's a
way to get it but it isn't easy to set up.  Let me know if you want
details.
