Most installations have list and list-digest aliased together, so that it
doesn't matter:
list-digest: list

It's supposed to. If you don't have restrict_post set and have, say,
get_access = list, then Majordomo will check both the digest and normal
lists for membership. At least, it works this way in 1.94.1.
