You do not want to set a reply_to at all. Instead, your digest's list
alias should point to the main list's address. That is, foo-digest should
point to foo, and foo-outgiong should have two entries, one for the list
and one for the digester. This way, posts to either list go to the correct
places.

In most (all?) cases where a subscriber list file is checked, you may
include multiple files separated by colons (no more, no less).
restrict_post is the most common, so if you use it you want to put both foo
and foo-digest in both lists' config files' restrict_post entries.
