<I think the Web page is a good idea. I suggest putting a pointer to
<it in some or all error messages that Majordomo sends, as well as the
<"help" file. Something like: "For help with this error, see the FAQ
<or http://..."; (I'm cc'ing Chan: maybe in 1.94.2, Chan?)
