I would hope that we would still distribute a text version with the package
itself, and to new subscribers of this list. (If we don't do that, why
not?)
If the FAQ is going to lay fallow, then I'll do my part to keep it up to
date, but I'm not sure that my time constraints permit me to maintain it
myself.
