Oh great MJ users

I have a list that sends out Monthly newletters. If new members join the 
list in the middle of the month, I would like for them to get the most 
recent issue, in their welcome to my list post. I know the easy way would 
be to change the .info file, but is there a way to include two .info 
files into into the welcome post??
