Subject: Rewriting bounce headers

Version 1.92 of majordomo which I used for some time was very good about
properly restoring headers, especially the subject header, on a remail
(with an Approved: header) of a "BOUNCE - non-member submission" message.
I'm now using Majordomo 1.94.1 which apparently doesn't do this at all, but
instead leaves two sets of headers in messages with the "BOUNCE etc."
subject retained.

Is there any way to get back to the old behaviour, which was >much< more
convenient?
