I have a moderately successful listserv that's starting to choke on it's
own success.  A fairly large portion of my clients reside at
Mindspring.com.  So large a number that, just the other day, listserve
traffic started coming back from Mindspring saying "too many recipients."

I've been in touch with Mindspring, and they say that I need to
"re-configure my mailer."

Can anyone suggest what I am doing wrong?
