If you have a file called 'test.passwd' in your $filedir containing the list
password, then you should write the test list alias as follows:
test: "|/usr/majordomo/majordomo-1.94/wrapper resend -l test test-list"

Please note that you have a typo '-1' (numeral one) which apparently should be
'-l' followed by the name of the list.
Your other aliases seemed to be ok except for the fact that you have a file
named 'test-owner' in your lists directory which may appear in the Majordomo
'lists' output if you don't make this list 'nonadvertised' and 'closed'.
