It actually doesn't send out 2500 "messages."  sendmail groups them into
bundles if some subscribers have the same ISP.  (For example, I have 3000
subscribers from AOL, but I only make 100 deliveries to the AOL mail server.)

Are you going to charge for messages going in to majordomo for
subscribes/unsubscribes?  Bounces?  Notifications of sub/unsub to listowners?

I think you will find takers on those prices hard to find, considering that
at some places, majordomo lists are flat-rate things.
