Header Rewriting

I have a user:       Ghost.writer@easy.words.com
he writes a bulletin to my list: fireside@whitehouse.gov

I only want Ghost.writer to be able to post, so I have a closed,
nonadvertised list called fireside_can_post with only
Ghost.writer@whitehouse.gov.

fireside.config has "restrict_post  = fireside_can_post"

Here is my question: how do I make all of the the outgoing posts have
 'From: Bill@whitehouse.gov'
?

I'm fairly new to MD and need a good example of header rewriting.
