I just installed the latest (?) version of Majordomo, 1.94. My ?'s
regard modifying the list.config files for each of the lists. I have
made modifications to them and some of the mod's seem to take effect
while others don't. I have modified the description field and that seems
to work fine, when I issue a 'lists' command I get the lists and
descriptions. But when I modify the message_fronter fields, nothing ever
seems to be reflected in the body of the message. Here what that section
of code looks like:
# message_fronter [string_array] (undef) <resend,digest>
# Text to be prepended to the beginning of all messages posted to
# the list. The text is expanded before being used. The following
# expansion tokens are defined: $LIST - the name of the current
# list, $SENDER - the sender as taken from the from line,$VERSION,
# the version of majordomo. If used in a digest, only theexpansion
# token _SUBJECTS_ is available, and it expands to the list of
# message subjects in the digest
message_fronter << END

Replies to the list should be addressed to $LIST while replies to the

Any help would be great! ...and I've done the RTMF thing...
