I'm not sure why it is going to "the list", but you have
"administrivia=yes" in your config file. This looks for majordomo commands
and any message which has one in the first 15 lines or so is "bounced"
though it should be coming to you only rather than the list.
You can use "administrivia=no" which would solve the problem though you
evidently have some other problem as well. I suggest it would be better to
learn what other problem you have and fix that leaving administrivia=yes.
You can always approve the message and send it back out, but that doesn't
solve the problem of why it is going to "the list" instead of to you only
as list_owner.
