I suggest you get perl 5.003 directly from www.perl.com. This built without
problems for us on AIX 3.2.5, although we have had trouble with other stuff on
this platform, and there always seem to be more problems, restrictions and
general hassles with AIX. It also has the ctime.pl in the /usr/local/lib/perl5
as expected.
