Don't need any patches, it's just another list. if my-list-l is the main
list, create another list called, say, my-list-l-nomail.
Add the my-list-l-nomail to the restrict_post, as you say, and either don't
add the usual sendmail aliases at all (so there is no list traffic), or
just add the important ones and alias them to the main list.
