The best way to add to your subscriber base is to trade sponsorships with
other, subject-related lists.  The List Exchange <http://www.listex.com>
offers list-owners a place to 'meet' and exchange free sponsorships.  There
is also a List Exchange mailinglist where circulation-building tactics and
list administration issues are discussed.  Over the last two weeks I have
exchanged sponsorships with two separate lists and, as a result, have had a
20% increase in my own readership.
