The FAQ was in error until recently. Despite my request that the FAQ
shipped with the Mj distribution be updated to the latest version,
1.94.3 *still* has an older, incorrect version. The latest version
distributed to this list states:
The easiest way is to forward the original message to the list, add
the line "Approved: _approval-password_" to the very first line of
the body, and then the entire contents of the original message.
(meaning there should not be a blank line before and after the
"Approved:" line.) ^^^
Notice the inserted "not".
