Just for the record, here's a problem which Majordomo uncovered and which
I've solved. I originally took it for a Majordomo problem until Dave Wolfe
pointed me in the right direction.
I recently switched from deliver to procmail as the local delivery agent on
my system, as configured in my sendmail.cf file. Subsequently,
administrative bounces from Md were being split into two messages, one
containing headers and the other containing body. Further investigation
revealed that procmail was not using Berkely mail format and quoting
instances of "\nFrom " in the message body.
Procmail documentation indicates that the "-Y" option should cause procmail
to behave properly in this regard, however procmail v3.10 which I was using,
as delivered with Slackware 3, apparently wasn't honoring this switch.
Compiling and installing procmail v3.11pre4 solved the problem :-)
