Subject: how to turn off subject-line checks

I'm sure this has been covered before, but I'm new to the list, and didn't
find it in the FAQ...

Buried in the majordomo.cf file, under "Administrative checks", are a
series of lines like the following:

/^subject:\s*help\b/i

These checks are not controlled by the "administrivia" setting, and seem to
be on all the time. What's the proper way to turn them off? We are
running a tech-support list, and many subject lines start with the word
"help"... Should I just remove the above line, or is there a better way?
