This makes me suspect that you're not approving messages correctly.
When you approve a message, the full set of headers (a good minimum
would be From:, Date:, and Subject:) must follow immediately after the
(I wonder if it's in the FAQ?  I wonder if you read the FAQ?).

Yup, it's there (question 4.7).  Unfortunately, it doesn't include an
actual example.  I believe it should. . . .
