I've been working to set up majordomo 1.94.1 in the digest mode. I'm
having three problems right now that I hoped some people on this list
might be able to offer insight into.
1. Wrong address
This one is just weird, but for some reason the domain name is getting
lost off of the digest created headers. I assume I mucked something up
here, but I'm using the -C and -l flags, so it should be reading my
majordomo.cf, but apparently it isn't. Non-digest messages seem
fine. If anyone has a quick answer, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, I'll
just dig in to see what I fouled up here.

2. Wrong Subject
I'm currently using subject_prefix to add the phrase 'NEPHILIM: ' to
the start of every subject. Great for the instant. Annoying for the
digest. Anyone have a patch already to strip this back out?

3. Wrong Footer
And the same question for the footer. The one from the instant
messages ends up N times in the digest. There seems to be
functionality for this in rm_footer that isn't implemented. Anyone
have a patch?
