Subject: Mail loops

Hello!

We are having difficulty with an email loop that occurs whenever
we send out a message to our majordomo mailing list (for version,
OS info, etc. see below).  Take a look at these headers:

Notice how the message goes from columbia to best.com to nasa.gov and
then back to the entire list!  This gives multiple messages to each of
the 14,000 people on our list.

Two questions:

- how does this happen?

- how can such loops be caught and prevented?

The last issue sent out did the same thing, but on a completely 
different address loop.
