Nope. In this way all messages sent to leetest go straight out - resend
(and hence the list config) doesn't get touched. This is all basic 
majordomo stuff. What you want is:

leetest: "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper resend -l leetest leetest-outgoing"
leetest-outgoing: :include:/usr/local/majordomo/lists/leetest

and then the rest is ok.

> owner-leetest: leetest-owner
> leetest-request:          "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper request-answer leetest"
> owner-leetest-request: leetest-owner
> leetest-owner: hartmann

apart from the next line

> hartmann-approval: hartmann

which should be 

leetest-approval: hartmann
