What makes you think it's an error?  Please read the documentation;
Majordomo is asking you whether or not you would like the message to go
through because it has exceeded the limit which you have set.  If you want
the message to go through, just approve it as outlined in list-owner-info.

The option is described well in the list config file; look for
'maxlength'.
